Liability Clause
The utmost care will be taken in the handling and display of all artwork; however, Little BIG Art Show, its organizers, venue, volunteers, and affiliates are not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to artwork during transit, handling, installation, display, or removal. By submitting this application, the artist acknowledges and accepts that participation in the show is at their own risk.
Artists are encouraged to carry their own insurance to cover any potential loss or damage. Submission of work constitutes agreement to these terms.
Copyright & Promotional Use Clause
The artist retains full copyright and ownership of all submitted artwork and images. By entering Little BIG Art Show,the artist grants permission to the organizers and affiliated partners to photograph, reproduce, and use images of the submitted artwork for non-commercial purposes related to the promotion of the show. This includes but is not limited to use in printed materials, press releases, websites, social media, and other promotional outlets.
The artist will be credited whenever possible in all promotional uses.
Rejection & Disqualification Clause
Boerne Visual Artists reserves the right to reject any submission that does not comply with the stated guidelines, including but not limited to artwork that exceeds size limits, or does not meet presentation requirements (such as framing or wiring standards).
Accepted work must be delivered by the specified deadline. Late deliveries may result in disqualification without a refund of entry fees.
Privacy Policy: Sharing of Contact Information
Artist gives BVA permission for their name, email and phone number to be shared with the art show committee members to facilitate communication regarding the art show, event updates, etc.
